Hailing from London but operating outside the now mainstream “We out here” scene, Ill Considered has entered the jazz world 3 years ago with a bang. They managed to produce in this short period not just an incredible amount of super engaging music (11 different releases!) but also to establish a financing model that remembers the punk DIY attitude and at the same time intelligently twinks the eye to collectors.
Discover with us their first recording, the result of a two hours improvised session that set the frame for the band: post-punkish bass lines, a vibrant saxophone, furious percussions and a tense drumming coming together for 40 intense minutes of something that you could call jazz – or not
