Ahead of his piano solo show in Berlin on November 29th, Astral Traveling joins forces with @jawfamily for a night dedicated to the man Nelson Mandela called “our Mozart” – Abdullah Ibrahim, or Dollar Brand as he was formerly known.

Having had the chance to work with and meet the pianist, composer and multi-instrumentalist on a few occasions in the last months, the admiration we had for his music and life story continued to grow. This feels like the perfect occasion to bridge the gap between his discography spanning more than 60 years and his upcoming live performance with J.A.W
